Waistband is elastic and can be custom sized. Standard will comfortably fit 18" to 22" waists. Please choose short or long length. The "short" length works well for babies or for older girls who want a stand-out tutu. The "long" length is too long for babies, but great for older girls who like to twirl. For a custom fit, please send a waist measurement in your order.
